How to Order

Individuals may order books using credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), check, or money order. The shipping charge for orders within the U.S. is $5.00 for the first book and $1.00 per additional book. For Canada the charge is $7.00 for the first book and $4.00 per additional book. Customers outside North America, please add $12.00 for the first book and $12.00 per additional book--we apologize in advance for this, but the cost of shipping overseas has risen dramatically of late.  PA residents add 6% and NJ residents add 7% sales tax to their subtotal, excluding shipping. Canadian residents add 5% GST to their total, including shipping.

Please provide your name as it appears on your card, your card number, the expiration date, billing and shipping address, and a phone number (or email address).

Our Online Bookstore

All of our titles are available online from Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble. Visit our bookstore page if you wish to order books through these booksellers. Please note that by ordering through Amazon or Barnes & Noble, it will take a bit longer for you to receive your books, so if speed is essential, your best option is to order directly from us.
 

Library and Institutional Orders

Libraries and educational institutions are encouraged to fax or mail a purchase order to the address below, or they may order through their regular wholesaler channels.
